| | David Thompson-He began his career as a mortgage banker. As a mortgage banker he learned strategies in marketing and increased his knowledge with loan programs. As a mortgage banker he found that he was limited dealing with just one bank, and realized that working as a mortgage broker he could give his clients better service and pricing. David worked as a loan officer for 7 years when he decided to start a new mortgage company, TD Mortage Inc.
TD Mortgage Inc was established September 5, 2002. David's goal was to create an atmosphere that was positive not only for the clients he served but for other licensed loan officers to develop their business. Because of the changing market it is more important than ever to deal with a mortgage loan professional. You will find that all of our agents are licensed with the department of real estate and pursue continuing education to be up to date with all the lastest loan programs. | | Megan Goodeill - She Started out as a Jr Mortgage Consultant with Global Mortgage Inc in 2001. From there she was trained to be a processor as well as a Sr Loan Officer. In 2007, She moved over to TD Mortgage Inc and enjoys working with David and the team. She is highly trained in the online funding and document draw systems, and keeps everyone up to date on the guidelines. | | Brad Parker - He worked for Alliance Title as an escrow assistant for three years, and learned the in's and out's of both title and escrow. During that time, he learned to process short sales from start to finish and is used to dealing with lenders in this matter. He is a full-time student as a financial services major and enjoys learning anything and everything he can about the subject. He is now in the beginning stages of his education as a loan officer, and is getting a full-spectrum view of lending by speding time learning from our processor (Megan), our manager (Starla), and the president (David).
